How to setup your Arena?

Eligibility- Participants aged 15 years and above only.

Objective

In the Senior arena challenge, participants need to build the tallest tower by stacking cups on the specified area, but only using their BOT. Every team have 5 minutes, plan smart and act fast !!!

How to Play

  • Create a bot capable of stacking the provided cups of different sizes to build a tower.
  • Ensure your bot does not exceed the specified size limit.

Bot Size Rule

The entire bot, including the arm, wheels, and any other components, must not exceed 2.5 feet x 2.5 feet.
Exceeding this limit will result in disqualification.

Level 1 Total Score × 1
Level 2 Total Score × 2

  • Each cup placed in the designated area earns its individual points.
  • At the end, a level multiplier is applied based on the highest tower build.
    Example:
    If a team scores 120 points from cups and successfully builds a Level 3 tower, the final score will be: 120 x 3 = 360 points.
  • Please note a tower will only be considered if 2 or more cups are stacked on the designated platform.

How to Qualify

  • Score more points than your opponent within the given time.
  • If the match ends in a tie, an additional 2-minute round will be played.

Time Duration

Maximum of 5 minutes per team.

Rules & Regulations

  • 5 mins round.
    1 vs 1 challenge.
    Each team can have up to 4 members, excluding mentors. Only one mentor is permitted per team.
  • To qualify, you must win against your opponent by building the comparitively taller tower.
  • Only use the components provided in the competition kit.
    External or unapproved items will lead to disqualification.
  • If the bot has a functional error (e.g., it breaks), any team player may fix it outside the arena and restart from the START area.
  • If a cup flips inside the arena or near the platform, refree may take the the call to put it in the marked area.
  • A Tower is valid only if two or more stacking cups are placed on top of each other. Single cups dosen't count as a tower, initially making the team score 0.
  • Each size of stacking cup carries different points.(as mentioned above )
  • Any interference with the opposing team will result in immediate disqualification. For any intereference refree may take the call.
  • Referee’s decision will be final at any point in the match.
  • The competition kit provided for the Robo Precision must be used exclusively for the Robo Precision Challenge. Mixing or combining parts from different kits may result in disqualification.
  • Only the components provided in the official kit are permitted for the competition. The use of any external parts may result in disqualification.
